I've spent years moving between operator and advisor roles in e-commerce — owning delivery as an in-house PM, running client engagements as an agency founder, and consulting on product decisions from the outside. Platforms, logistics, and scale all look different depending on where you're sitting. I've sat in most of the seats.

Diabetyk24 revenue, over the course of my tenure as sole Project Manager
Poland's largest platform of its kind in diabetes care — complex fulfillment, thousands of packages shipped daily, tight regulatory and logistics constraints. I ran the project day to day; some decisions sat above my level, but the delivery was mine.

Experience commerce · Germany
A German e-commerce platform with a genuinely different model — selling experiences, not products. Backed via Germany's "Dragon's Den" (Die Höhle der Löwen).
Whole-project management, with a heavy translation function — turning technical constraints into business language for stakeholders, and business goals into technical requirements for the dev team.

IdoSellA quick sense of the range, beyond the case studies above — sized by how often I've worked in each.
I move between two seats — operator, owning delivery from the inside, and advisor, brought in to fix or build from the outside. Both require the same underlying skill: translating between technical constraints and business goals, fluently, in both directions. That's the thread running through every project above, regardless of which seat I was in.
