e-commerce

E-commerce, from both sides of the table

I've spent years moving between operator and advisor roles in e-commerce — owning delivery as an in-house PM, running client engagements as an agency founder, and consulting on product decisions from the outside. Platforms, logistics, and scale all look different depending on where you're sitting. I've sat in most of the seats.

Diabetyk24 revenue, over the course of my tenure as sole Project Manager

Poland's largest platform of its kind in diabetes care — complex fulfillment, thousands of packages shipped daily, tight regulatory and logistics constraints. I ran the project day to day; some decisions sat above my level, but the delivery was mine.

Case studies

01

Booksy Store

B2B marketplace · Cosmetics & beauty · Poland / US

A B2B marketplace inside Booksy Biz — the professional-facing side of Booksy, one of the most popular booking apps in Poland and the US, and a unicorn-valued startup. Retailers sell professional cosmetics and beauty products to salon owners; 65,000+ SKUs.

Full product ownership — end to end, from analytics through delivery.

02

Diabetyk24

Pharma / medical · Complex logistics · Poland

Poland's largest platform of its kind in diabetes care — pharma-adjacent, complex fulfillment, thousands of packages shipped daily under tight regulatory constraints.

Sole Project Manager on the platform, with some decisions made above my level — day-to-day project ownership was fully on me.

03

ArtNight

Experience commerce · Germany

A German e-commerce platform with a genuinely different model — selling experiences, not products. Backed via Germany's "Dragon's Den" (Die Höhle der Löwen).

Whole-project management, with a heavy translation function — turning technical constraints into business language for stakeholders, and business goals into technical requirements for the dev team.

04

YourNextStore

Product consulting · Early-stage SaaS startup

Advisory engagement with an emerging e-commerce SaaS platform. Helped introduce e-commerce standards and practices into their product itself — not just their internal process.

Redesigned the promotions system and introduced a formal PM workflow into the organization — bringing structure to a team that didn't have it yet.

How I approach this

I move between two seats — operator, owning delivery from the inside, and advisor, brought in to fix or build from the outside. Both require the same underlying skill: translating between technical constraints and business goals, fluently, in both directions. That's the thread running through every project above, regardless of which seat I was in.
